Your area of responsibility
- Internal & external communication interface
- Administrative support for sales
- Administrative organization of logistics processes
- Processing customer inquiries and complaints
- Billing of projects and orders
- Offers, invoices, order confirmations
- Support for advertising measures
- Management of time recording and travel expense accounting
We expect
- Completed commercial training (HAK, Uni, FH)
- at least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Excellent German and very good English skills
- High communication and organizational skills
- Independent, efficient and structured way of working
- Reliability and flexibility
